Order processing, Shipping and Exchange Policy
- Order Processing Time
Most of RusClothing.com orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days of their receipt (i.e. 5-7 working days from the moment your credit card is approved; excluding weekends and national holidays). This is conditioned by the fact that most of our orders are custom made.
Please be advised that RusClothing.com does NOT guarantee delivery on or before any specific date. Urgent or scheduled order processing is available upon request. If there are specific deadlines to be met, make sure you indicate them in the "Comments" when placing your order.
Most of our orders are shipped out from our russian fulfillment center located in Moscow. Orders are mailed either via International Airmail or Express Mail Service (EMS Russian Post).
- Internatonal Airmail (15-40 business days)
Regular International Airmail is a registered method of delivery that requires signature for delivery. Delivery normally takes 10-30 business days, but may take longer during holiday times (e.g.: Christmas, New Year's, Easter, etc). Shipping and handling charges are based solely on the weight of your parcel and estimated automaticaly at your shopping cart page.
- Express Mail Service (EMS) (7-15 business days)
Express Mail Service shipments are arranged via Russian Post Corporation and are the quickest method of delivery we offer. Delivery normally takes 7-15 business days, but may take longer during holiday times (e.g.: Christmas, New Year's, Easter, etc). Shipping and handling charges are based solely on the weight of your parcel and estimated automaticaly at your shopping cart page.
- Tracking of your orders shipping
All of our orders are supplied with tracking numbers.
When your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing the tracking number which allows you to monitor the status of your order from the following postal services websites:
for Express Mail at EMS Russian Post website;
for regular Internatonal Mail at Russian Post website;
US customers may also track their orders at the USPS website.
- Risk of Loss
All items purchased from RusClothing.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
- Exchange policy
Every RusClothing.com garment is custom handmade according to your order
specification or personal requests. If you are not satisfied with your
purchase, we may exchange it for another size or color. Nevertheless,
all exchanges must be pre-authorized by the RusClothing.com manager by
e-mailing an Exchange Request to: . Upon RusClothing.com exchange approval simply send the item back to the address it came from. The customer is responsible for all exchange shipping costs.
RusClothing.com will offer an appropriate exchange when the garment is returned in original and
resalable condition (unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and free of defects) within 7 days of original receipt.
Shipping costs and returns due to delays to specific dates are not refundable.
