Description

This Russian costume consists of a white blouse with ornaments and a sarafan dress. Such Russian handmade sarafan were a traditional outfit for Russian women in 18 - 19 centuries and still worn by Russians today at holidays and special occasions. These Russian dresses are individually made. Sarafan is traditionally decorated with embroidered ornaments to protect a woman against the evil spirits: the vertical line - to protect the stomach, and the bottom horizontal line - to protect the legs. Russian costume Duniasha is in high demand by theaters and dance studios. The length of the dress can be customized to your needs.

I received my dress today. It fits like it was made just for me -- perfect! The colors and details are beautiful. I can't wait to wear it for my church's Russian Festival in October and for other events. I will send a picture from the festival. Thank you!
