This Russian hat “Ushanka” is a traditional Russian winter hat made of artificial black fur. This kind of fur hat was designed in the Soviet Union especially for the soldiers of the Soviet army. The ear flaps can be worn down for extra warmth or neatly folded up and tied at the top. Quilt lining is provided inside for your warmth and coziness. The hats come in sizes: 7, 7 1/8, 7 1/4, 7 1/2. (Russian Sizes: 56, 57, 58-59, 60-61).

To find out your hat size, using a tape measure, measure the widest part of your head, just above the ears and eyebrows, to the nearest 1/4th inch.
